There are fines and fees for animals running free in the neighborhood.\u00a0Your dog must be confined at all times, even on your property, by a sufficient fence and\/or humanely chained in such a manner that he cannot leave your property.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Noise:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Also under City of Baytown Code, Chapter 14 indicates it shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly own or possess an animal that causes unreasonable noise in a public place or in or near a private residence that the person has no right to occupy. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vaccination<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly owns or possesses an animal that has not been immunized with an anti-rabies vaccine. Animals under four months of age or of a species not susceptible to rabies are not covered by this ordinance. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Limited Number of Dogs<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Each residence is limited to three adult dogs with six months of age being considered adult age. Any more is considered a kennel and not allowed in a neighborhood.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Call Animal Control to report infractions or register complaints.<\/span>\u00a0 The Animal Control facility is located at 705 N.
