Lakewood Civic

Lakewood Civic Association owns and operates a boat club and a boat launch on Burnet Bay. To be a member of the Lakewood Boat Club, you must either:

1. Live in the Lakewood subdivision,  be a paid up member of the Lakewood Civic Association and the Boat Club, and agree to the rules and regulations of the Boat Club or
2. Live in Lakewood Estates, pay the “Lakewood Estates” fee and agree to the rules and regulations of the Boat Club or
3. Live outside of the “neighborhood” and pay the “Out of the Neighborhood” fee and agree to the rules and regulations of the Boat Club.
