Baytown Alert System
The City of Baytown has an alert system called “SwiftReach” to notify residents of potential emergencies. This system allows the City to contact citizens with important information by phone, email, and/or text messages. It is important to register cellphone numbers to receive updated information when you are not at home. This program can be accessed two ways: 1) through the City’s Emergency Management Dept.
